The only way to know what will get along is to test it... Quite a bit depends on personality.. so you have to try.. JD and Oscar should do well in a 125...

Good choice on the 125.

Not sure if an oscar and jag would work together as I've never tried it myself, but jags have a reputation for being pretty aggressive, and oscars really aren't that aggressive IME.
