Tank size???

Hi there
I have 3 3inch PB and was wondering what's the minimum size tank I can keep them in?
How long will they last in a 40 gallon (3ft by 1ft by 1.5ft)? the tank is completely empty.

imho if you have 3 3" pbass in a 40 gallon they will last maybe 3 months my friends Pbass grew super fast ... But there growth might be stunted due to the small tank

Get nothing smaller than a 240 for them.

A tank with a width wider than 24inches would be A LOT better too.

not long at all mabey 3 months not even get a 240 gal.
