Thanks notho. Right now i have almost to many dempsey tanks. 1 55, 1 125, 1 40 breeder, 1 50 tall and either a 65 or 75 (still in truck 48 x 18 x ? Tall). Told my wife thats my last one.

These are very bonded reason for putting them together is to breed again. Theyve never fought other times together. They breed about 4 times. I dont think dithers for a breeding tank is a good idea. What i normally do is have them together and a week after they hatch i remove the male.

if you separated them then that can break their bond in an instant. I made that mistake a few times and it didn't end well. If anything I would do like notho said and divide them to let them bond again.
