out of 100% i would say 98%.
If i am not mistaking is not as important as the top trim since silicone provides most of the holding power.

Back in the day when I had an aquarium shop and used to buy direct from a manufacturer the owner told me the integrity of a tank is all in the glass and the silicone seal, the frames are there to protect the edges rather than actually hold the thing together.

These were the basic tanks with plastic trim on top and bottom. All of his tanks that had bracing had glass bracing for structural integrity. His plastic top braces were more for keeping the removable tops from bowing than anything else.
