Honestly, my second tank is my "trash tank", so to speak. Whatever is left over after renovation of the other two goes in there. But honestly, it's probably my favorite because it just seems so natural to me. The last tank will have a change of substrate soon as I'm not too keen on the crushed red brick. I'll either be doing pea gravel or sand.

All of my parameters are at normal levels, but I did change the water a few times to be safe. Plus I rinsed it for about 6 hours. In the long run, there's no problems with it.
I think I'll be switching it to smaller rocks today. Maybe some pea gravel. I'd like to do sand as well, but it's too much hassle with a full tank.
Thanks! The Tex is definitely my main guy. I think I'll only be taking him and my BRP when I move to Florida. They'll be put in a 270g, and then I'll eventually add a couple more monsters.
