nice tank i love the plants.... hows aggresion does the red devil bother your other cichlids? tank looks a litle small for most of them....

Proper tank size and stocking. What size is this tank?

Did you do any research before stocking this tank?
I see a pacu in there, so he definitely needs to go. I also see a single Geo of some sort in there. Most geos enjoy groups and should be kept with sand. They are actually named for their habit of running the substrate through their gills (geophagus means "earth eater"), and he could severely injure himself if he tries to do that with gravel. It also looks like at least half of the stock in your "south american" tank is from central america
