theres really nothing you can do besides getting a proper sized tank it look like you have a 55....... you will need a 125 for most of those fish........ btw nice devil....

I also see a single Geo of some sort in there. Most geos enjoy groups and should be kept with sand. They are actually named for their habit of running the substrate through their gills (geophagus means "earth eater"), and he could severely injure himself if he tries to do that with gravel. It also looks like at least half of the stock in your "south american" tank is from central america
