Tankmate for a jerk Uropthalmus

Crap, I kinda figured the tank was too small to put another cichlid in it.

This Uro has beaten up my Salvini, my male convict, and shredded my Nic. I had to set up another tank just because of this Uro. The only fish he left alone was the 4" JD, but now he even has that beat into a corner. The divider went in today, so the JD can move without being chased down.

Maybe I need to get rid of the Uro altogether and get the JD a new tank mate.

Sounds like if you keep him it's going to be a one-fish tank which is common with Amphilophus species and 75g tanks. You have to decide what you want more. A lot of people enjoy having a single super aggressive monster fish in a 75. Others want a more peaceful community setup.
