Tankmate for Red Breast Sunfish?

that pond is a cool little setup. Any ideas about the new fish in the 40 breeder once the sunfish is in the pond?

I was thinking a smaller species of Andinoacara or Aquedens, maybe blue acara or electric blue Acara. I was also thinking about a big group of curviceps but I have a 30 gallon I might use for that. Any recommendations?
