Oh no I am not the thread starter didn't want to start another one so just asking my question in this. I have a black aro 24+, armoured bichir 14 inches, marble cat 5-6 inches, and a L-91. My tank is a bowfront 6ftx2ft in the middle is 2ft wide and 1.5 at the ends. I will be purchasing a 8x2x2 as soon as I purchase my new home in about 1 year.
If you are going to buy a new tank then try to get one that is wider if you can. The Aro still has some growing to do and a mature motoro will not be happy with that width of a tank. The pleco is a no and I would watch the bichir close.
