If the Jag is to be center piece I would suggest none cichlids like Synodontis catfishes, Tinfoil barbs, Clown loaches, Polypterus, plecos, bunch of small cichlids like convicts or Geos, list can go on and on
Yes, very good advice lol Multiple fish to spread aggression, but not so many fish that it increases aggression, where to draw the line? nobody knows lolpdbrady;2048369;2048369 said:I wouldn't add just the one fish. I would add at least two to keep his focus divided between them. Otherwise you may have two fish, one of them being dead.
Most of those fish will fit end up as lunch, Clown loaches would be very very very pricey to buy at a large size and they need to be kept in shoals.Mad About Cichlids;2048372;2048372 said:If the Jag is to be center piece I would suggest none cichlids like Synodontis catfishes, Tinfoil barbs, Clown loaches, Polypterus, plecos, bunch of small cichlids like convicts or Geos, list can go on and on![]()

The Jar is about 17" slightly longer then the Jag but the Jag has the bulk to destroy any fish in there with ease. The Front is the fish with the least of the worries.Everyone ignores him.I know it's not meant to be but it works. He even sleeps with the Jag in his corner at night.I forgot to add I also have 2 Salmontail cats in the tank aswell, the longest being about 19"k1ngph1l;2048319; said:They don't pick on the front?? and is your Jardini bigger or smaller or around the same size as the other fish??
