Another tank size/stocking thread... surprise surprise.
I picked up a 14/15 inch Jag from Rapps a couple weeks ago. He's doing great in a 125 on his own. Tank is filtered with an Eheim 2262 and 2217 and my water change regiment has kept nitrates under 10ppm. I will say I am mostly content with keeping him alone.... however (of course) I would love to get some feedback on a couple ideas.

- A female Jag - This is my first 6 foot tank and it would be a lot of fun to see all that fascinating behavior. Jags are supposed to be easy on their females during/after breeding but I have red that you should have a 180 minimum to breed them. I would use any surviving fry as feeders, provide a few to LFS (their wouldn't be a lot of demand where I am), but they would be removed before adding to the bioload significantly.
- 4-5 Clown loaches - 6 inch plus - I would need to find them first. By the time they slowly got close to 10 inches I will be able to upgrade to a bigger tank.
- Any other suggestions? Like I said. If the answers are no to everything I'm perfectly content with things as they are.
