You're not going to get a good pump paying less than 100 unless you get a used pump. So I'd start browsing the classifieds.

if u were in socal i woulda sold you one of my extra ones. i think the strongest extra i have laying around is a rio 32 hf pump. btw these are pretty cheap but i dont think it sizes up with a 320g.
i always buy german equipment , eheim is by far the best in my opinion , mine has run 24/7 for the last 3 years without any issuses at all , iv even forgot to top up my sump and run the thing dry more than a few times ... you buy a cheap $30 pump from the east and one day your going to come home to $400 worth of dead fish
