Is it possible to keep flowerhorns with others? Or even their own kind? Would a dozen juveniles spread out aggression or do they really require their own space per individual?

Alot of factors apply, like tank size, adequate hiding spots, potential tank mates, ect,,,

There are videos from Asia that show 12-16 huge mature flowerhorn males all living in a pond. They are being fed and none of them fight at all. They swim around at the surface and not a single fish nips at the other. The pond is easily 10,000 gallons if not more. So if given ample space they can live together as they seem to form a natural order. In the aquarium world I have seen some males that are super relaxed and kept with many other fish. But in those cases, the male was raised in the same 90 gallon with the other fish its whole life. But not any other flowerhorn.
