Haven't done one of these in a while, so why not, here are my 55, 20 long, and 15 grow out tanks with filtration and lighting explanations.

That Honduran Red Point Male is Great looking. Never seen them before.

I ran into this on a website:

There are breeding farms that have crossed the Honduran Red Point to regular convicts, and the resulting fry have been sold off as "Blue Convicts." So, be careful when purchasing anything simply labelled as "Blue Convicts"

Cool looking Honduran fish. I've never seen them at my LFS. :)

There are many places doing this, that is why I go through reputable people (Cavamart and Dogofwar)
 
Not necessarily, but obviously you have a great balance going. If there aren't any problems, no need to make changes. Now, if the fish get bigger and the water seems off (you'll know when), then i'd say sure make the switch.
