Enermatrix EMX 15 Air exchanger. $400.00 - For those of you that aren't familiar with air exchangers, this is a ventilation system that takes warm/humid air from inside and exchanges it with fresh air from outside. It passes the air through a membrane so approximately 80% of the heat is recovered. For anyone having moisture problems in your house, this is definitely something to look at.
