By the way, Retuks, why do you post the most useless bulletins? And so many haha

I mean the spaceballs tank and the pimple forums were funny ;)

useless? :confused::(:cry:

actually, i post what i do sometimes to raise points of somewhat useful info.
i actually think those "Help!! my fish died and i dno why!" or "check out my convict now! ;)" threads are a bit overused and though typical, more useless than my threads.

i like to ask questions that go somewhere in a positive way. aside from the piranha one. that was just a gripe cause whenever i hear that mary murphy lady it gives me hardcore diarrhea!

i think this question is very useful. not everybody knows that a X gal isnt really 1(X) gallons :)

Do people really need to know about your pimples?
I'm sorry, that wasn't the correct word.

I guess

the one thing I like about extra height is, depending on the length, it makes the tanks look incredibly pleasing to look at.

eg. if you put a 125g (6 feet -22" tall) side by side with an Aqueon 150g (29.5 tall) no one will ever buy the 125. the 150 is so much nicer to look at proportionally.

the 125 appears long and shallow, the 150 appears long but with a perfect height to complement the length..

i guess the taste matter too. i like my tanks looking long and shallow.

so with the bio cube they measure all the outside dimensions so a 29 is actually a 15 with a filter... wow all that waisted $400 dollars for a 15 and i could buy a filter with it for cheaper...
DAMNNNN i got scamed

P.S. i like my tanks long a decent width for deco and a good even height

P.P.S. Happy 4th of July

oh god don't get me started on cubes aka "show tanks"... as if the aquarium idea in itself wasn't meant for that??

btw about your quote.. before celebrity gossip they had witches and swindlers to burn and hang... ohh the good ol' days you speak of :)

i didn't know the difference that measuring on the inside or outside of a tank made, that's insanity! good to know tho. personally, i also prefer my tanks to be taller than front-to-back depth. i'd think if you wanted to do a tank with fish species that are more territorial vertically then that's the way to go too.
