How are your arupians doing? Mine are about an inch or two larger and starting to get aggro.

Mine are larger now too and definitely more aggressive. I've lost a few smaller geophagus and I'm now convinced I need to setup a new tank for the geos. Still not seeing any red in the body of mine, only the gill plates and fins. Most all of the spotting on their face and head is gone now tho. Still pounding pellets and freeze dried shrimp tho

Sounds good. I actually put mine with large angelfish and they seem to ignore the angels. My runt still has the spotting but the largest male is starting to display a horizontal black bar on an orange background.
