Target fish

My male jag has been harassing my female that is considerably smaller than him, I've put a divider in the tank.any suggestions for some fish to help spread the aggression? 120 gallon tank only other tankmate is a Florida spotted gar.

In a 5'(?) 120 your best bet is a divider. while they are smaller dither fish will work for awhile, but when the male starts to put some size on him everything is fair game for his attacks. + a gar in there depending on size you will eventually be very overstocked (if your not already).
 
Divider is your best bet until you can put them in a larger tank

Thanks for the advice, she is a bit younger and in her old tank she had a lot more competition for food, seems she has grown some in the month I've had her, she may put on enough size to hold her own while she is separated?
