Im 100% positive you are wrong about Arkansas, and 90% sure you are wrong about Florida too.

From what I have gathered, it looks as if the cobras came from markets/farms too. Its too hot down there to raise C. Argus so they used C. maurulia.

Thats funny since when Arkansas raise snakehead for food? Only chinese market raise them. So dont use 100% positive as you can be wrong too.:screwy: Im sure hobbyist are part of it.

LoL!!

My best friend works for Arkansas DNR. I knew about the discovery in the White River watershed weeks before it was made public. There are MANY fish farms in Arkansas and before the ban in '03 C. argus was commonly aquacultured in the state.

And guess where the population of C. argus was found? Just a mile or two from one of the largest farms that grew them! So umm yeah, Im 100% not wrong.

Still, the hobbyist are PART of the fault for getting snakehead banned. But yea its fish farm's fault, for let Asian carps, GM salmon, tilapia and other farm fish escape.

snakeheads arnt causing any harm in florida waters.. and miami waters already contain so many diff invasive species i really think the snakehead population is helping control all these cichlids that are being release...

Good gator food too..;)
