ive got a freezer chest full of elk, deer, anda ferrel pig. this years hunting season was a success. elk steaks are absolutly the best of all the game meats ive eaten. sorry to derail i just had to throw that in there

We always cut out little strips of the gator tail. Then bread and deep fry. Just like fried shrimp. Tiny pieces work best.
