That all looks tasty, I like the heads all those little pockets of meat are really good. Reminds me of how when I showed my uncle a pic of a datnoid he goes "I ate those in Vietnam!!"

Then as a word of advise, if you ever go to Asia and eat local Asian food, make sure not to order seafood then, and be careful ordering things like Chicken... since its quite customary to serve the whole fish with head and all... and even a lot of Chicken dishes, if its meant to be served as a whole chicken, it will come with the head still on the plate... but naturally thats cooked too...
 
^ baby pig too if I'm not mistaken.. which I love I don't know why Americans have an aversion of eating the "odd" bits. Its such a waste, although it makes it cheaper for me to get my odd bits to eat haha. And there's like no fat in most of it

Infact most animals when served whole in asia come with the head and all...

I'm asian and yes that's true, there are meals which comes from head to tail/feet cuisines available.
Depends really on the culture. What is odd to others is natural for us. Though I don't eat much odds as you guys describe it. I really don't get where we can tell that the food is odd or normal coming from.
