The stuff they're putting in them is wrong, I think stones and bone in your skin looks cool (native south America), but not stars and bumps in your skin..

It's a legitimate albeit weird art form. I would never do it, and I would dissaprove of any of my family and friends doing it, but there are some people who actually enjoy having foreign objects implanted into their bodies. If people can get face lifts and breast implants then what is so bad about implanting little bumps and metal rods into your skin? It's all the same thing, mutilation for the sake of vanity and aesthetics.

There is an endorphine rush involved with having body modification done, similar to plastic surgury but on a different level. Im told there is a huge endorphine rush from flesh hanging.
