I got a couple aquaclear 110's, couple versa tops, fluval 405 and a new oscar out of my tax return Still trolling craigslist for another big tank, lol..

Yeah an aq110 sounds awesome if I can find one for the right price (didn't someone have it for $53.99 recently?)

63 for an AC 110 on kensfish I don't know with 500 I would do way too much. UV I'd get before an CO2 setup. Most people say CO2 is a right of passage but as I've experimented you can do allot with just daily excell doses. I'd be prone to recommend DIY CO2 before blowing that money. I've stopped finding value in most purchase filters beyond AC 110s as a sump setup properly can be easier to clean and do things with, and if you are so inclined can filter to a finer particulate. especially if comboed with a pool DE filter on the return to really polish the water.

Hmmm... if you are really looking at a filter try putting that towards building a new filter for your 75. Or a DIY LED fixture...(put in your own moonlights!)
