Tea cups is just a size so a teacup will be a "teacup" size for several weeks.
 
sorry if i come off mean. But once a week someone asks this question. MFK has a great search option, works well. It offends laticeps owners like me haha
 
teacup stingray i believe is a general term for a stingray pup.

Check out the freshwater stingray section. "Tea cup" is a pet trade term and can mean many things.
Also, since you are in CA - owning one is out of the question.
