Like turkeyboy said, the term 'teacup' is used in the same way as used for smaller version of the same breed of dogs, only smaller. A teacup ray would be a retic, a scobina, hystrix, etc.

Like everyone else has said, do a bunch of research, check out their stock, and make sure to see them eat. You might even be able to 'rescue' the little suckers, hehe. Let us know what happens! Pictures, pictures, pictures! :)
