Reticulated's.......retics.......Potomotrygon reticulata......teacup rays....
All these can be entered as search topics in the bottom dwellers: stingray section and you can pretty much learn all you need to know before you purchase such an animal.
Also read the articles concerning stinray and stingray keeping.
Dont rush out and buy the ray untill u have done lots off research first . Make sure its eaten at the lfs retics can be very hard to keep and a lot die due to ppl not looking into there needs
No, these rays are not necessarily hardy. As stated by pitbullfish, they are a bit more sensitive rays than say, motoros. If you are a first time ray keeper, I would suggest going with something a little more hardy and less finicky when it comes to diet. Do some research and make sure this is a fish you will be able to provide adequate care for before you purchase them.
I bought a retic as my first ray i find them hardy no matter what anyone else says but they are a very plain ray thats the only thing i hold agianst retics. Dont buy that ray unless you learn how to care for them

agreed but thru my experience when i bought 5 "teacups" 4 survived during transportation. IMO the hardest challenge will be getting them to eat various foods.
