Teacup rays

I've had retics for about a year. Mine started on blackworms but easily went to market shrimp earthworms, ghost shrimp, even small live crawfish. I think they usually don't have exotic patterns but it depends on each one...for example...

There are some cool looking retics out there for sure. I think part of the problem with retics is that they have a small mouth compared to other rays and combined with their small initial size can be very tough to get to eat anything other than blackworms until they gain some size. Of all the rays that come in and out of the store I work at retics seem to be the most stubborn to get off blackworms often even refusing chopped nightcrawlers. If I where looking for a "small ray" I would go hystrix for sure they are like little bull dogs in ray form

how big do hystrixs get? and what is auto dripping? i was reading another thread about it i got somewhat and idea of what it is. from what i understand its to cycle the water from the tank to fresher water or precycled water to keep the water parameters level. someone correct me if im wrong or atleast explain that and how you do it.
