Thanks David! I agree on the leucos. Most people would rather have them over maps just because of color but considering this is a rare species, F0, beautiful in it's own right they are perfect for me for a breeding project. I would highly recommend you sell the leucos and pick up a school of maps if you have any availability on them.

I would do in a heartbeat, if I had the chance. Sadly we get nothing but mass-asian-bred leucos and altifrons, and occasionally balzanii and steindachneri. Restrictive import laws here mean we see virtually no wild caught fish or anything that hasn't been around since the mid 90's...

They aren't looking their best yet but can see the potential in them, will look great in the tank you mentioned before!
 
Having never kept rays before, my thinking would be the eartheaters would constantly be sifting and annoying the rays. Are rays and eartheaters somthing that is normally done, or are you trying somthing different?

It's been done and that's how it is in the wild, they are both together
