Tegu Vs Iguana

dont do it. Very bad idea. I have a super tame monitor that will decimate my iguana. He has done it before too. Just don't do it.

wow,from the iggys Ive been around and the one I had,I would say it will want to kick the tegus black and white booty.However,Ive not spent time with adult tegus so who knows,keep the water hose out so to speak.May end up with a black and white iggy.

I would say that in neutral territory, that is no were near by any of the animals enclosures or favorite places to hang and assuming that the ig isnt in breeding, it may be ok if supervised , also considering tegus like the floor and igs like high places. But never leave them alone. Enjoy your new house gest

the iguanas not that big, it shouldnt be able to do THAT much damage. Anyways just have a seperating device if they do fight.

Try putting them together, but with a piece of glass between them, and see how they react.
