You could do that. Don't see why not.

I have two baby pbass. One grew faster than the other, and this morning the larger was trying to eat the smaller one. I had to separate them until I can beef up the small one.

They do that LOL what else you got?

Just fed my "SA lungfish / Tulip Eel" tank a whole box full of nightcrawlers - Was that some MAYHEM!

I figured giving him all the ghost shrimp in the world will beef him up. He just doesn't go for them. I'll have to get him some guppies tomorrow.

They don't seem to go for shrimp ... guppies they go nuts over. Try rosy reds also

I am raising nightcrawlers. I have a 160g tub that is their home. They are messy food when you cut them up.

I have two temensis pbass that are about 8 inches, a 13" arowana, three ck's under twelve inches, two oscars around six inches, more african cichlids than I can count, five mated pairs of convicts and their offspring, tons of goldfish and koi, and several tanks of other fish (jd's, firemouths, etc)

Rosies are too big for the little pbass. The larger one doubled in size after only three weeks of eating rosies. The two pbass were the same size to start with. I just gotta get the little guy caught up.
