you can't see it, but both fish features the extremely desirable (and uncommon) trait of a superior "V" at the last tail stripe; like this:

nahh, they're the same fish.
you see, all the stripes on a datnoid can look completely different at different angles.
take a look:
see how the middle stripe is straight in the above pic??
It's actually curved.
