Looks like I found a house. And it's the one I grew up in! My dad said he doesn't need that much house anymore since it's just him so he's going to sell me his house for $120K and he'll just buy a 2 bedroom mobile home with the $40K I give him up front.
The house needs a good bit of work though, so I'm hoping we can afford the pool. My wife said we can buy one, but she's not sure about swimming with a bunch of fish. lol

Well that's the cool thing. His house is appraised for 180, so I'll be saving a big chunk of change. I know how you feel. The house I'm in now is going for $300
Well after seeing the monster koi thread I kinda wanna do that, but I also want to have a pool with cool monster fish, ya know? So now I have to decide what I want. I know the koi will be friendlier and less expensive to feed, but the monster fish would give me infinite coolpoints! lol
