yeah good point!! my tank went from 29 degrees to 24 in like 3 hours cause i left my bungalo door open...and my CK's eyes went cloudy! i recently got a new heater, and set it to 28 degrees, and atm the temp is sittng on 26! i was told that all heaters have a 2 degree leway...this true?

Yea on a good day, depends on the quality of the thermostat, that's what you pay for in the pricier heaters.
