Temperature for Dats and bass

I have a tank (120G) with Dats, Bass and some Plecos.

My Temp is about 87F. Is It too high?

i have my tank at 80-82f but im no expert the stickies might have good info

I keep mine at 80 as well. Not too sure but your electricity bill must cost you a good amount at 87 lol

My temperature for 6 years is always set to around 26 -28 degree C. Or about 78-82. For short spells in uk summer, temp goes up to 87-88. Tigers are fine and tend to eat more food than normally.

In the past when my heater broke and I didn't realise, the water did go down to 21-22 C.
I wondered why my tigers went all unstable and were very sluggish.

Am from singapore which is a kind of hot place + having my lights on about 8hours+ a day thats why i have my temp at 87f. Will that temp be fine? Should i trow in a chiller?

87 seems a lil high, i keep mine at 80 -82 ._. 87 would be when you are trying to treat ich or something

ok ill need to find a way to install fans on my tank. Hope that is able to do the job

Problem is i don't have a heater. Its just the place i live is hot + my lights kind of heating up my tank.
