I think it's the Anctartic Ice Eating Shark.

Many sharks live in water temps that get into the lower 40F range. Most are carpet sharks: Some swell sharks, catsharks or dogfish.
 
Alright maybe i should have put the part about how i wanted to keep a shark in a pool outside so thats why i wanted to know. Sorry

Sorry, not going to work well for a variety of reasons. Chief among them is maintaining salinity and water quality, unless you put it in a greenhouse of sorts (I assumed that's NOT what you meant, because you said outside). Additionally, maintaining water temps throughout the year in a tighter tolerance than ambient temp is quite difficult. Where are you located?
 
Then you have to keep it cool in summer... it's a huge ordeal keeping outdoor shark pools/ponds in control - ask Matt (Zoodiver) about the fun of it.
