When buying glass for my build should i go with pane glass or tempered, possibly laminated? piece will be 44x26"...Also, is it possible to paint over pond coat say with krylon fusion?

ok, that's what I thought I had read on here before. Just wanted to double check...how about the paint situation?
I dont believe you can paint over PC. I know when you paint it on it's brown and dries black. After it is submerged in water it turns brown again.
Maybe this stuff will work. I really dont know anything about it but it might be worth looking at....

The Pond Coat/Rubber Coat is designed as a stand alone underwater product and does not need to be painted, however we do offer a top coat in light grey or white.
