Temple Viper

Hey does anyone know of the level of toxicity of the venom of a Wagler Viper or temple viper? I always see people freehandlin them and i guess thats due to their calm nature. Last time I checked I heard not enough research had been done on their venom. I also heard out of 50 bites only 1 was serious? Is that true. If someone can shed some light on these beautiful snakes that would be awesome!

i was under the impression that waglers had a pretty nasty venom. I dunno for sure though. I guess i should. they are on my list to own.

they appear to have a bad venom that isnt the standard modified protein. It might have just moved off my list........
