This is all well and good, but sony has already admitted that all the videos from which these screen shots were taken were CGI and that it has to drop the blue ray because of price .cant touch a blue ray for under $500.00 and thats the rumored selling price of the whole system 
And lets see how much more changes in the next year and a half before it really releases.sony stinks,I wont own anything made by them.

I like their TV and Playstation.. Mp3 players they admittedly suck and i dont like their
entry level digi cams too much also.
I would say wait for the PS3 and then make an informed decision after.

ill get ps3 when they have a price slash, thats about it. I want some hardcore virtual reality games though, that would rock 
Nintendo is being secretive, I have a feeling revolutions will blow sony and microsoft out of the water, after all..... Nintendo is the father of gaming.
and its got Zelda, when twighlight princess comes out for the GCN all the other games on the shelves around it will turn to dust!
PLUS => Nintendo has had far better sales than microsoft and sony the past years, Nintendo fans just aren't as outspoken as the drooling Halo fans.

I thought the same for SEGA. Remember when a lot of the cool games were made by Sega and the dominated a lot of the arcade games as well. I thought Sega would definitely be one of the best. But look at them now. They are out of the console race, and decided to just do games. I see Nintendo going that direction as well or at least just sticking to portables.

I used to Love Nintendo but they have lost the plot since the N64. The N64 was great but with the 64 and GC they made bad decisions, and never achieved the glory of the super famicom.
The rev will be severely underpowered compared to the PS3 and 360, and even though yes it's about the games - graphics still matter. And the mainstream cares even more about graphics than games.
So even though I'm sure rev will have some brilliant original games - I think it will fail miserably alongside the PS3 and 360.

I have the 360, it's terrific. I'll grab the ps3 when it comes out too. I'll get the revolution when it comes out as well. I sold my ps2 a while back because it was so graphically inferior to the gamecube and the xbox, so right now I own a 360, an xbox, and a gamecube.
