Ten Reasons to wait for the PS3

Nintendo is being secretive, I have a feeling revolutions will blow sony and microsoft out of the water, after all..... Nintendo is the father of gaming.

and its got Zelda, when twighlight princess comes out for the GCN all the other games on the shelves around it will turn to dust!

PLUS => Nintendo has had far better sales than microsoft and sony the past years, Nintendo fans just aren't as outspoken as the drooling Halo fans.

Twilight princess is all nintendo has right now. Seeing how resident evil 4 dropped for the ps2 nintendo has only one game left thats worth playing. Nintendo might be the oldest of the big three however many many gamers have lost faith in them. And even more importantly most big thrid party developers have lost faith in them as well. In units sold the gamecube has been a massive faliure. The only thing thats keeping them afloat is handhelds. Honestly I think nintendo is incapable of adjusting to the interest of gamers outside of japan. Until they decide they must change the way they make games they will continue to sink until all they have left his the DS.

BTW nintendos sales have jumped in recent months. Thats because they are selling the game cube for less than 100 bucks and giving away games. IMO sony has vastly surpased them. The psp is a much better system than the DS both graphicly and games wise. And FYI the ps2 has outsold both the gamecube and the xbox. So IMO I see nintendo going the way of sega.

IMO microsoft and sony must battle for console supremacy.

I would say wait for the PS3 and then make an informed decision after.
Also , what kind of games are you looking to play?

This is a difficult decsion. My two favoritre game series Dead or alive and Knights of the old republic are exclusive mircosoft titles. So if I wan to play them then I have to get a 360. I am unsure about what I should do..

Well, everyones been saying that gcn is 99 bucks now, and thats why sales are up, but I bought mine about 3 years ago and it came with WindWaker for 99 bucks.

As for the future of Nintendo...we'll see

one thing is for sure, the battle will not end with this generation
of consoles. Sony has been too successful and even if it loses to the 360
it will not just pack up and leave.

Xbox is Gates so it doesnt matter if it loses 3 more rounds,
its got vast resources going for it. This is all good because it benefits the consumers...they bust their ass giving the best products for the most reasonable price.

I Might play consoles again and pick up the PS3 if the games are stellar like before.
If not, ill check out Microsoft and and buy it if its the new champion. Otherwise, ill stick to my PC for my gaming fix =)

well its like this nintindo didnt start the console wars . How ever ya spell it it was calico vission then attari. attari had it goin with back in the day but there system prices were way to much . Sega had it going on with the dreamcast but there games gameplay sucked and thats why they landed up going under. cuz honestly i think dreamcast graphis were as good or better then the Ps2 .Nintindo is for little kids now adays.. remember killer instinct on n64 it was awasom. not anymore
xbox360 rules best graphics, launched befor playstation. Thereoriticly made in the usa. of course nothin made here anymore but usa made does stillmean something to some people.
The new console wars are gonna be won thre graphics. online capability < able to surf the net, check emails, multiplayer games online, Suyposedly all the periphials will be comeing out eventualy for the 360 to make it a computer.

i am not belive any rumors about the ps3. i have heard wild rumors stating things like they are going to retail it at like $800. and so on. they wont release it at such a high price. it would be a bad move on sony's part since there top competitor is microsoft so they are going to have to put there release price at or close to the same as the xbox 360. now it is not to say that they wont cut corners to release it at that price. that is unknown untill it is released by sony for sure.

i my friends will wate and see before i decide but i have to say i will endup with whoever square/enix gose with. that is my decision maker right there.

who cares what system is better. its all about who has the games you want to play. you can have the most powerful system in the world but if you dont have any games that people want to play. you might as well have an expensive hunk of crap.

o i forgot tomention while i do want the 360 im not getting one till after the hollidays when the prices comedown alittle and the lines are over with. the ps3 will probly be bought the same way. I have and excuse to buy the new consoles i get xbox and get a ps3 for my kid. then i can play both lol

i really dont think anyone understands how amazing twilight princess is going to be. i bought my gamecube last winter for the sole purpose of eventually buying TWILIGHTPRINCESS. i heard "new zelda game" and drove to the closest walmart to get a gamecube. the dawn of twilight princess is nearly upon us........ when it hits i will be sleeping at the front door of my local game retailer just waiting for a taste of what nintendo has to offer with this AMAZING new series addition OMG !!! then again i like zelda games about as much as i do fish so...... yep it rockz every one buy twilight princess
