Hi everyone,
I guarantee live arrival on all fish shipped out of the shop, I do however require a call at the store when shipment arrives, I also ask that you or someone you trust will be home to receive the shipment. I cannot guarantee fish that have been sitting around all day.
Shipping:
I ship Next day only and will do whatever I can to accommodate you. I also offer pick up for anyone who wants to take a ride over to the shop (its really worth the ride, we have tons of cool stuff)
DOAs:
I will replace any fish lost in transit, but I cannot however refund shipping or pay for shipping of replacement fish.
What we sell:
Every fish we sell is tanked at the shop for at least 5 days before going up for internet sales, and is eating well and something I have faith in. I will not ship a sick fish, I will not ship a beat up fish, If either of these things happen I will hold the fish until I am confident that they are ready to ship (I will of course alert you to this)
Special Orders:
I am always accepting special orders for fish, I am more than willing to help you out with whatever you are looking for, but please make sure that it is LEGAL to possess it in your state (I will not ship piranha to Florida, etc)
