Your vid of the tiger barbs is two males fighting for dominance. I had a school of 22 at one point and every time I did a water change or rearranged the tank someone would challenge the alpha. Next day they'd be chasing the females like crazy spawning sometimes for two days straight. I actually raised about 10 of the fry that hatched inside my canister filters.

Large water changes always bring out stress coloration in most of my cichlids. After a day or so they usually settle back down.

I do 50% water changes every week, I didnt at my gfs house when they were there because I didnt no you had too. And I give more than a varied diet try a 4 course meal every night, and pellets as snacks in the morning.. you cant get more varied than that. I give them either hikari gold, super cichlid color pellets, shrimp pellets, krill, frozen blood worms, and brine shrimp, I mix it up everynight and every day, they get fed very well, and water changes done every week.

Sounds like you're taking good care of them. What size tank do you have them in now and before?

I watched the video and it appears that they are trying to reestabish territory. When this happen you really have to watch them for serious injury.

there in a 55g, Im thinking about getting rid of the pleco and barbs if I can find this petshop that I heard about from this cashier at petsmart.
