So I mostly Have experience dealing with salt water test kits and the lines for me are pretty well drawn as far as reliability and accuracies with those but what about fresh water up until now I've just used jungle labs 6 in 1 quick dips or Mardel Quick dips and before those where a round I used the tetra brand of what ever was cheapest on sale at the time so could everyone please give me there opinion on what brand is best and why Thanks everyone
Also I'd post a poll but I don't even know all the different types out there right now so please fill me in why do quick dips suck and Are those expensive digital testers really Worth all the money for MFKers who have 10 to 20 tanks
I'll buy What ever comes out on top but getting there is half the fun

API liquid test kit is most common used accurate one I believe. The test strips suck for freshwater.

ive only used the api liquid tests so i have nothing to compare it to...
general idea is that test strips in general do not work that well

We used test strips just about every day on all our tanks and if there is any difference from what we see normally we use the API test kit to check the results.
