More often than not, it is just a juvie fahaka with some spots they will lose in adult coloration. Unless it looks exactly the color as the one above, don't expect it to look like that forever.
The one puffer that has eluded me for years... still my favorite looking puff around...
But as above mentioned make sure its a real pulstulatus, since i could imagine how aggravating it would be to spend all that money to have the fish turn out as something else..
yes it would and this will be the most i have ever paid for a fish to date, guy is selling it for $1000, but its coming in @8-9" so if it indeed was a fahaka with spots it would have lost them by now right or at least showing signs of the lines forming
