ok but what IM just saying is that if you have four simple questions a day maybe your not ready for this hobby? how about approaching it the other way and saying i have these fish:..... will they eat this food:.... might get some answers more suitable to you.
and yes merbeast i enjoy it too.

s/he refuses to list what tanks and what fish because he knows that the fish are a. incompatible with each other b. outgrow the tanks they are in, and c. will all get eaten or bitten by the turtle eventually. what is there that I have seen. . . bluegills, feeder fish, turtle, crayfish, ID sharks (even after the whole "How big do ID sharks get/no i'm going to get them in 10 years" post, an oscar. . . . what else is lurking in JEAE's tanks?

flakes arent the best choice for a carnivore... but a varied diet is better then any one staple of food.

Get some Crisps, some flakes, and some pellets and you should be good. Dont be afraid to feed frozen food such as brine shrimp, kril, shrimp and bloodworms...

Tetra crisps work great for ALL my cichlids.

haha wyldfa..

thanks.
but
why do you guys like the crisps though?? oh, is it because your fish are carnivores?

and you need to read a little better. no one said they didnt like the crisps. and the larger part of this is just common sense. larger fish would cost a ****load if you fed them mainly flakes. look how big your fish is and how many flakes it would need to fill that gut. i use flakes just as much as the next guy, but if your feeding a 10 inch pacu a pinch of flakes every night before bedtime, your just an idiot sorry. not flaming you, just saying.
