I use the crisps for just about anything that isn't a large cichlid, large carnivore, bottom dweller or pleco.

i can uderstand about the bottom guys but why do the large cichlids and carnivores not go for them?
are oscars considered "large cichlids" too?

omnivores that eat alot of meat would go for them right?

do any of your herbivores like them?

It's kinda like an addiction reading his posts, though. I always need to read them to see what inane question he is asking and how many people he can get to answer the same question over and over. I love it.

On point, though, I have never seen the "crisps" either. My lfs' are woefully understocked in the dry foods departments, and petsmart is no help, either. I can't seem to bring myself to order dry food online that my fish may/may not like.

P.S. Are you going to be feeding these flakes to your feeder fish? The ones in your turtle tank? The ones you've become attached to?

well buddy it's because i havn't got an answer for my question.
i need a specific answer. not just yes/no.

and plus i've been getting mixed answers too. one is saying the crisp work for ALL cichlids, while another is saying they don't work

i don't care about your personal opinion about my posts. what i care is what the topic is about

ok but what IM just saying is that if you have four simple questions a day maybe your not ready for this hobby? how about approaching it the other way and saying i have these fish:..... will they eat this food:.... might get some answers more suitable to you.
and yes merbeast i enjoy it too.

geez, just toss a few in there and see who eats them. if there are fish that DON'T eat them, go buy something else for those fish.
