Hey, yeah these guys are sort of just coming back into the trade now so there's not a ton of info on them. There is some info out there on "the puffer forum" for you to check out. I think there are 3 of us there with them.
We also discuss them a little bit in this thread.

I am still a relatively new owner. They supposedly grow to 3.5-4". Mine is just around / over 2" and I have him in a 20 long. It seems fine for now, may need an eventual upgrade if he gets to 4".... not sure yet.
My tanks are heavily planted and mine really enjoys exploring every nook and cranny looking for food. I would be sure to have a lot of décor if you don't plant heavily because I think it's good for their mental stimulation.
I asked other owners about teeth trimming and so far no one has had to but again none of us have had them for alllll that long. I would certainly feed snails of course. I trained mine to eat off of tongs immediately and that has made feeding easy. He eats snails, live blackworms, frozen bloodworms, frozen krill. He won't touch pellets or flakes that I feed other fish (yet).
From what I've read and based on my experience they are typically safe with cories and schooling fish. Mine took some bites out of my bichirs when he was in my 65 gallon tank (I moved him due to that) so I would avoid anything shaped like a worm or eel. It might be fine, but.... Also I would say that whatever fish you put in with him - have a back up plan just in case. They are a more fish-tolerant puffer, but still a puffer. I think cories are an awesome tankmate because they can help clean up after the puffer's mess.
I love mine - I think he's attractive, and he's interactive, and I love that I can keep him with some other fish.
