When did the ammonia go to .25? It had to only have been the past couple days since you said the parameters were good when you checked them before.

Today was the first day it went up to .25 when I checked it previously it was at 0

as of now the remainder of my tank looks like they're doing alright. I guess only time will tell tho. Hopefully I don't find anymore dead in the morning.

Thankfully this morning everyone was still looking fine. Hopefully the melafix/pimafix will keep working and i won't lose any more of my bichirs

Just lost an ornate and a retro. This is getting old. Im doing everything i can think if and I just can't seem to figure this out. I'm about to be done with the hobby for awhile if this wipes out my entire tank. I don't care about the cost of the fish dying, but I feel like crap not knowing whats causing this and not being able to help them. This is so frustrating.
