Teugs external gills growing?

If I was a fish, I know hyperactive fish crashing into me would stress me out. Lol. Maybe he is stressed from growing so much? Haha who knows. Elephant noses are cool though. Have they always been in the tank with him or are they more recent?

Aren't they elephant noses slightly electric? I am not sure if this would cause problems though. I don't think so, but I do not know much about them.

their was 2 in the tank when I 1st got him a week after I got him I got 2 more because they do better in groups. They are related to electric eels their "trunks" are electrical organs that let them sense electromagnetic fields they look and act a lot like dolphins I'm surprised at how much I like their antics

They are cool. I think there is a mormyrid species native over here
