Hi are I like the look of this hybrid but are they aggressive and how big will they get

Since you're asking about a hybrid, it's really impossible to tell exactly what the progeny will look like.
Though if I was to hazard a guess, the max size will be anywhere between 20cm and 30cm, prolly 25cm-ish.
And probably semi-aggressive? Blood parrots are peaceful, texas' ain't.

Typically as aggressive as normal Texas are but with hybrid fry its a crapshoot. Size would be anywhere from Parrot size to Texas size.
I just picked one up myself a few weeks ago. So far, hes been a model citizen. All over the tank and very healthy. Though he is starting to get a sore on his upper lip from picking pellets from the gravel. Gonna drop some maracyn in.
That just a short body Texas, its not a hybrid of Texas and Parrot. Awesome fish though.

Carpintis is a Texas, Texas is just a common name Carpintis and Cyano.
Texas is the common name for cyanoguttatum, green texas is carpintis, red texas is a hybrid. Referring to the different types of texas refers to either of the three. :/ Always has been always will be, don't get why people just randomly decided to mix it all up.
Yep, +1 with Chris. Carpintis is a Texas. I thought he was asking about the SB I have. Chris, You think it was bred to this as opposed to being crossed through the blood parrot gene?
While I do agree with that, its not uncommon for Carpintis to be referred to as Texas. Common names are just that, common and essentially mean nothing.
